Dear Patients,

COVID vaccine 4th dose for 60 years and older

Starting today Thursday, April 7 at 8 am, individuals age 60 and older, as well as all Indigenous residents and their non-Indigenous household members aged 18 or older, will be eligible to book their second booster COVID vaccine (4th dose)

Second boosters can be booked through the Ontario provincial online portal covid-19.ontario.ca/book-vaccine/ or by calling the Provincial Vaccine Contact Centre at 1-833-943-3900.

Second boosters can also be booked directly through public health units, Indigenous-led vaccination clinics and participating pharmacies.

Fourth doses are already available to people living in long-term care and retirement homes, as well as those who are immunocompromised.

Recommended interval: 5 months after receiving your previous booster (3rd dose).
