Participating pharmacies in Ontario are offering the AstraZeneca vaccine to person's aged 60-64

You may be eligible to book an appointment to receive the astrazeneca vaccine at a participating pharmacy if you:
were born between 1957 and 1961 (60 to 64 years old)
live, work or go to school in Kingston, Toronto or Windsor
have a valid Ontario health (OHIP) card, or other form of valid government-issued identification

SPRINT Senior Care and Toronto Ride are providing low cost transportation services for seniors and adults with disabilities who need a ride to their vaccine appointments.
