COVID-19 Vaccination Pre-Registration and Booking Site

Dear Patients,

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Toronto Hospitals and Ontario Health Teams Centralized COVID-19 Vaccination Pre-Registration and Booking Site

www.vaccineto.ca has launched! This website provides information about the growing list of vaccination sites in the city, eligibility and how to book. Through the website, you can find out where your closest vaccine site is based on your postal code. It is encouraged for you to pre-register for the vaccine site within your neighborhood. You can also use the chat function within the website to have your questions answered regarding eligibility and where the closest vaccine site is to you, or to book your appointment.

In addition, the City of Toronto now has a call centre set up to support hospital vaccine sites. Agents are answering questions about eligibility and closest vaccine sites as well as helping people pre-register and book appointments if eligible. This is especially helpful for those without email. The City of Toronto COVID-19 Call Centre number is 1-888-385-1910. It is staffed 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. This phone number will be live tomorrow Tuesday, March 9th, 2021.

Clinics operating through this site are continuing to provide vaccination appointments to individuals based on provincial prioritization guidance which currently includes:

  • People who are 80 years of age and older (born in 1941 or before)
  • Health care workers in Highest Priority and Very High Priority risk groups
  • Indigenous Adults

As always, we will continue to update you via email and update our website in a timely manner as we receive new information.
