Sunnybrook has announced an Online Pre-Registration System for COVID vaccines for the Community
This link is to a pre-registration system, not an appointment booking.
Eligible groups are:
- Toronto residents 80 years of age and older (born in 1941 or earlier)
- Indigenous adults
- Adults who receive home care
- Health care workers in the community (including home care nurses, PSWs; primary care physicians and specialists; dentists, etc.)

Please Note: This is a pre-registration process only – it does not guarantee a vaccine appointment, and does not indicate the timing of such appointments.
The registration process requires an email or cell-phone number (to receive a text) regarding appointment information. If your family member does not have access to email or texts, please assist them with registration and consider how you can be a point of contact.
